RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily operations of online stores across multiple platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Update product listings, pricing, stock, and descriptions regularly.
  • Handle incoming orders, ensure smooth fulfillment processes, and monitor shipment status.
  • Create and optimize campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and participate in platform programs.
  • Analyze store performance (traffic, conversion rates, best sellers, revenue) and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Manage customer chats and deliver responsive, professional customer service.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and marketing teams for operational needs.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for all e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes to improve store performance.

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in managing online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop is a strong advantage.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and product management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work with targets and follow SOPs consistently.
  • Understanding of basic customer service and order management processes.
  • Creative and aware of e-commerce trends and consumer behavior.
  • Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
