RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations of online stores across multiple platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Update product listings, pricing, stock, and descriptions regularly.
- Handle incoming orders, ensure smooth fulfillment processes, and monitor shipment status.
- Create and optimize campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and participate in platform programs.
- Analyze store performance (traffic, conversion rates, best sellers, revenue) and provide improvement recommendations.
- Manage customer chats and deliver responsive, professional customer service.
- Coordinate with warehouse and marketing teams for operational needs.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for all e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes to improve store performance.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in managing online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and product management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work with targets and follow SOPs consistently.
- Understanding of basic customer service and order management processes.
- Creative and aware of e-commerce trends and consumer behavior.
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
