RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, manage, and execute KOL and affiliate strategies to support marketing and sales objectives.
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliators across various platforms.
- Handle the selection, negotiation, and onboarding process for KOLs and affiliators based on campaign needs.
- Prepare campaign briefs and ensure that KOLs fully understand deliverables, timelines, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign execution, conduct follow-ups, and ensure all content is delivered according to standards and schedules.
- Manage and update the KOL and affiliate database, including rate cards, performance data, and partnership history.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI).
- Prepare periodic performance reports to support internal evaluation and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Production teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, invoices, and related documentation.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, potential KOLs, and new collaboration opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure spending aligns with planned allocations.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong understanding of the influencer landscape, social media trends, and digital campaign strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple KOLs/affiliators simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and present comprehensive reports.
- Able to work with targets, tight deadlines, and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Creative, proactive, and capable of providing strategic insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all external partnerships.
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
